Terms & Conditions — st999 Platform Agreement

1.1 To register and maintain an account on st999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. st999 does not permit access to individuals under 21 under any circumstances, including access facilitated by a third party or on behalf of an underage person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law or regulation, and you bear sole responsibility for determining the legal status of online gaming activity in your own jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, consultant, or family member of any person in the foregoing categories employed by st999 or any of its affiliated entities, service providers or business partners.
• You must not be self-excluded or voluntarily excluded from any regulated gambling platform at the time of registration on st999.

1.2 st999 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age, identity and residential address from any player at any time, without notice. Acceptable documentation includes but is not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by st999 shall entitle the platform to suspend or permanently close the relevant account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending the outcome of the verification process.

1.3 Where st999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, the platform will immediately suspend account access, freeze any associated PKR balance, and initiate a formal age verification procedure. If verification confirms the player is underage, the account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, with no bonus credits or winnings paid out.

2.1 Each individual player may maintain only one (1) registered account on the st999 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals held across those accounts.

2.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, your registered Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. You represent and warrant that all registration information submitted to st999 is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your st999 login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members, and must not allow any other person to access your st999 account on your behalf.

2.4 You agree to notify st999 promptly upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach affecting your login credentials. st999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials or have failed to notify us in a timely manner.

2.5 st999 reserves the right to request additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage of the account relationship, including at the time of any withdrawal request. Processing of withdrawals may be delayed pending successful completion of KYC verification. Players in Pakistan are advised to complete KYC verification at account setup to avoid delays when winnings become due for withdrawal.

3.1 The st999 platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, wagers, wins, losses, bonuses and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to player balances held on st999.

3.2 st999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL) bank transfer, United Bank Limited (UBL) bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. st999 reserves the right to add, remove or modify accepted payment methods at any time, and will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

3.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified on the Deposit page within your st999 account dashboard and may vary by payment method. st999 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — deposits made from a payment account held in a name other than the registered st999 account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of the relevant funds and potential account suspension.

3.4 Withdrawal requests on st999 are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have passed all applicable KYC verification requirements before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be made only to the same payment method and account holder name used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by st999 compliance following a formal review.
• Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum PKR limits as stated in your st999 account settings, which may vary by payment method and VIP tier level.
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements under any bonus offer cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied on st999.

3.5 Processing times for withdrawals on st999 are determined by the payment method selected and the account holder's current VIP tier. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are generally processed within one to two business days for standard accounts, with expedited processing for Gold tier and above. Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard Pakistani interbank processing schedules. st999 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Pakistani banking institutions.

4.1 st999 offers various bonus and promotional programs, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, and VIP tier cashback arrangements. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms and conditions governing eligibility, qualifying deposit amounts, wagering requirements, permitted game contributions, maximum convertible amounts and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each offer is made available and form part of this Agreement when accepted by a player.

4.2 Wagering requirements specify the total PKR amount that must be wagered on qualifying st999 games before bonus funds are converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined total, as stated in the specific offer terms. Not all game categories on st999 contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates by game category are specified in the relevant offer terms.

4.3 st999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where:

• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Multiple accounts have been used to claim the same bonus offer.
• The player's account has been suspended or is under investigation for a breach of these Terms at the time of bonus issuance.

4.4 The st999 VIP rewards program operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite. Tier progression is based on monthly PKR wagering volume across qualifying st999 games. VIP tier benefits, cashback rates and withdrawal priority are as described in the VIP program documentation within your st999 account dashboard. st999 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefit structures and cashback rates at any time, with notice provided through the platform or via registered email.

5.1 All sports bets placed on st999, including cricket, PSL, and international sporting events, are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type as published in the st999 sportsbook rules documentation. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the relevant market.

5.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the st999 sportsbook, it is final and cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the player, except in circumstances specifically provided for in the applicable sport-specific rules (such as event postponement or cancellation policies).

5.3 All casino game outcomes on st999 — including live dealer games, RNG-based table games, and slot titles — are determined by independently certified random number generation or by physical outcomes observed during live dealer sessions. st999 does not manipulate game outcomes and does not intervene in individual player results.

5.4 st999 reserves the right to void any bet or casino wager where:

• The bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity or payment method fraud.
• A pricing or odds error caused by a technical malfunction resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being displayed at the time of bet placement.
• The player had knowledge of the outcome before the relevant event concluded, including through insider information or match-fixing.
• The bet forms part of a pattern indicating collusion, arbitrage abuse or automated betting activity in violation of these Terms.

5.5 Minimum and maximum stake limits for sports betting and casino games on st999 are as displayed within the relevant market or game interface at the time of play. Limits may vary by market, game, VIP tier and account status.

6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the st999 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or maintaining more than one st999 account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, misleading or impersonated information at registration, during KYC verification, or in any communication with st999 support.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the st999 sportsbook, casino or any other platform feature in a manner not sanctioned by st999.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy designed to exploit pricing discrepancies or bonus structures on st999 without genuine risk exposure.
• Attempting to launder funds through the st999 platform or using st999 as a vehicle for any financial crime, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing or fraud.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of casino games or sports markets available on st999.
• Accessing st999 while self-excluded or during any period in which your account has been suspended by the platform.
• Sharing account access with any third party or using the platform on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any software underlying the st999 platform.

7.1 st999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform, including those in Pakistan. Gambling on st999 is intended for adult entertainment purposes only and must not be treated as a source of income or a financial strategy.

7.2 st999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible through the account settings dashboard:

8.1 All content on the st999 platform, including but not limited to the st999 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data, databases, and all other materials ("Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of st999 or its duly licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the st999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, transmission or creation of derivative works based on any st999 Content.

8.3 Any unauthorised use of st999's intellectual property — including, without limitation, scraping game data, copying interface designs, or reproducing the st999 brand marks without written authorisation — constitutes an infringement of st999's intellectual property rights and may result in civil and criminal liability.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, st999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and service providers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's operation, availability, accuracy, reliability, fitness for purpose or non-infringement.

9.2 st999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from or in connection with your use of the st999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from interrupted, delayed or suspended access to the st999 platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL and Meezan Bank.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, statistics or data displayed on the st999 platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive losses or damages, howsoever caused, including lost profits or loss of data.

9.3 Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, st999's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your st999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 st999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, where st999 determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable gaming rules on the st999 platform.
• The player's account is associated with fraudulent activity, payment fraud, money laundering or any other criminal conduct.
• The player has provided false information at registration or during any subsequent KYC verification process on st999.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, reputational or financial risk to the st999 platform.
• st999 is required to close the account pursuant to an applicable legal obligation, court order or regulatory direction.

10.2 Upon termination of your st999 account for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in whole or in part where the termination arises from a breach of these Terms by the player. Where account closure is not attributable to player misconduct, any verified real-money PKR balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of all applicable verification requirements.

10.3 A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting st999 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures prior to closure.

11.1 The collection, storage, processing and use of your personal data by st999 is governed by the st999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on st999 and accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the st999 Privacy Policy as it applies to your account and use of the platform.

11.2 st999 collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, payment processing and the provision of gaming services. st999 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

11.3 You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by st999 by contacting support at the email address listed in the Contact & Payments section of this platform. 12.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which st999 holds its international gaming license. Players acknowledge that they access st999 voluntarily and of their own accord.

12.2 In the event of any dispute between a player and st999 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the operation of the platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the dispute mechanisms available under st999's gaming license framework.

12.3 st999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes through the platform interface or by email to their registered address. Continued use of the st999 platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using st999 and may request account closure.

12.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of any other provision of this Agreement.

12.5 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and st999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
